Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll focus on attracting top talent, managing key HR processes, and supporting our fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and engage top talent through various methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Candidate Engagement: Understand the needs of candidates and effectively sell the benefits of working at Knorish.
  • Onboarding Support: Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with internal teams and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Target-Driven Recruitment: Meet hiring goals by managing the end-to-end recruitment process within set timelines.
  • CRM Maintenance: Methodically update and maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the HR system.
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • HR Operations: Support payroll processing, maintain employee records, and assist with compliance-related tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage and persuade candidates.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a systematic approach to achieving recruitment targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
